The bulk of my
orders are received in November and the first week in December.
Sometimes it is necessary to post a cut-off date to ensure Christmas
delivery. You will receive your order in time for Christmas, if you
order them before the cut-off date. If there is no deadline posted
you can rest assured you will receive your order as quickly as possible.
Typically an order takes approx. 7-10 days to ship. Because of
the popularity of the Christmas stockings it is best to place your order
before November.
SHIPPING:
When the stockings are complete, they are shipped by United States Postal
Service (Priority Mail 2-3 days delivery). You are notified by Pay Pal in
an email when the postage label is printed and the package is shipped. Overseas packages are shipped by
United States Postal Service First Class International (7-10 days delivery).
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the number of items you ordered.
If the actual cost to ship your order exceeds the shipping charges
displayed during checkout, a bill will be sent to you via email for the
extra shipping charges. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of the
additional postage.
Domestic shipping (US Mail Priority):

What is your return policy?
Customers may
return stockings for a refund only if the request is made within 10 days
of receipt verified by the Post Office. I am proud to
say that no stocking has been returned because of the quality of my
stockings, however there have been times when a customer made a mistake
and gave me the wrong name or forgot to mention that they preferred the
stocking to point to the left instead of the right. In these
instances it is best to contact me via
E-mail.
I will let you know if it is possible to fix the problem and how long it
will take. Because Christmas tree skirts are made to the customer's
specifications, they cannot be returned.
What type of payment do you accept & do you
accept mail orders?
The credit cards
accepted by Pay Pal are Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
You may also pay by electronic check with a Pay Pal Account. Your credit card is authorized
at the time of checkout and charged when your order
is shipped. There is also a payment plan available.

We accept mail orders only with
payment by personal check or money order. You must use Pay Pal to pay by
credit card.
Can I make changes to the stockings? Can the stocking toe point to
the left?
If you are requesting changes such as,
point the stocking toe to the left instead of the right or change the
color of the stocking from red to green or vice versa, this can easily be
done. Just indicate your change in the space provided at checkout
("Instructions from Buyer"). If your request is different than
stated above, please send an
email for approval before submitting your
order. Please keep in mind that changes in the stocking could mean a
delay in shipping, as these stockings must be made from scratch.
Will the stockings match from year to year
?
Fabric: I do my best
to purchase the same fabric from year to year so that when a customer is
purchasing another stocking to complete a set, it will match with the
others. This is not always possible. Sometimes, the
manufacturer is out of stock and the fabric is not available, which forces
me to purchase different material. Also,
because the trim material is homespun (hand dyed), there could be a
difference in the shades from year to year.
Lettering: The lettering may be different from year to year, as I
have two embroidery machines with different fonts. When one machine
is in repair, the other will be used to complete the names.

Do you have a

I do not store any
credit card information on my server. Personal information is
collected and stored on Pay Pal servers, which is heavily protected by SSL
with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level available).
I receive payment from Pay Pal and never see customer's financial
