How long
will it take to receive my order/ shipping?
How long it will take to mail your order to you depends
on the amount of stockings reserved and the order in which they are received.
Because of the popularity of our stockings it is best to place your order before
Halloween. Special requests, such as "point the toe to the left" and "make
the stocking red instead of green" etc.. will delay the shipping of your
order, as these stockings must be made from scratch (cannot make any changes
after November 15). Typically, an order takes
approximately 14 days, but could take as long as 30 days, depending on the
amount of stockings reserved at that time. The cut off date for Christmas delivery
could be as early as November. The exact date will be posted on our
website.
When the stockings are complete, they are shipped by United States Postal Service (Priority Mail).
You are notified by email when they are shipped. We ship overseas packages
by United States Air Mail (7-10 days delivery).
What is
your return policy?If you are not completely satisfied with
your stocking, simply return the stocking with an explanation on what you found
wrong with the stocking to Cotton Creations, 2655 W. Airport Road, Morris,
IL 60450 within 10 days of receipt and a refund will be issued.
If you want to return or exchange a stocking for reasons that were out
of our control, such as you gave us the wrong name, or you decided on a
different color, an exchange will be issued for the following fee:
1. If you decided on a different stocking, there is a restocking fee of
$5.00 per stocking to replace the original cuff for resale, plus $10.00 to
embroider a new name on a different stocking ($15.00).
2. If you want to keep the original stocking, however put a different name
on the cuff, there will be a fee of $10.00 to apply a new cuff and embroider a
new name.
What
type of payment do you accept and do you accept mail orders?We accept payment by personal check, money order, or credit card. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Master Card and American Express. Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. To place an order by mail, please go to the order form to print. Make your check or money order payable to Cotton Creations and mail to Cotton Creations, 2655 W. Airport Road, Morris, IL 60450.

Can I order a gift
basket from your partner site at the same time I order stockings?
You may order a gift basket from our
partner site at the same time you order Christmas stockings, however the
shopping cart may be confused when you use the "continue shopping" link as it
will not know which site to return to. Otherwise, the shopping cart will work
fine when submitting your items and credit card information. If you want the
gift basket and stockings to be shipped to different locations, you must
indicate in the space provided at checkout, where you would like each to be
mailed.
Also, additional shipping charges for the gift basket will be added to your
subtotal when your orders are shipped.
