How Christmas stocking ordering works:

1. When you place an order, you are reserving stockings in your name. You do not pay for the stockings until they are shipped out to you. You will be notified by e-mail when they are shipped.

2. We are a small company that takes pride in the quality of our stockings. Each is handmade and takes time to complete. They have become very popular over the years and if a very large amount of stockings are reserved, the completion could take as long as 14-21 days during the peak holiday season, which begins in late September. Customers are asked to please be patient, you will receive your stockings in time for Christmas, if you reserve them before the deadline.

3. Last day to reserve stockings for Christmas delivery is posted every season, usually a week before the deadline. Please check back often as the cut off date could be as early as sometime in November. Any orders placed after the cut off date will be worked on after Christmas and delivered sometime in January. All orders placed in January will be delivered in February.

4. So that we can spend all of our time working on your stockings, customers are asked to please contact us by e-mail (response is within 24 hours).
