Each stocking is individually hand-made.
How long it will take to mail your order to you depends on the amount of
stockings ordered and the order in which they are received. Because of the
popularity of our stockings and the amount of work involved to complete one
stocking, an average order takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Special requests such
as changing the color of the stocking, facing the toe to the left, or
ordering a stocking that is out of stock will delay shipment of the total order,
as these stockings must be completed from scratch. Individual stocking pages
will be updated with the cut-off date for stocking changes.

If you are not completely satisfied with your stocking, simply return the stocking to Cotton Creations, 2655 W. Airport Road, Morris, IL 60450 within 10 days of receipt and a refund will be issued. Please let me know what you found wrong with the stockings so that I can better serve my customers in the future.
It is best to spot wash your stocking lightly with a damp cloth. I do not suggest you put the stocking in the washer. There is delicate hand stitching on the front and various trimmings. Don't put it in the dryer. Place it on a flat surface, reshape, and air-dry.
The Christmas stockings are not meant to be used as toys. Carefully watch small children as there are various beads that are small enough for a small child to pull off and possibly choke if swallowed. If you would like a stocking with no beads, buttons, etc.. please let me know on the order form where I have included an area for specific instructions, I will be happy to accommodate you. Also, the stockings are not flame resistant. Please hang the stockings carefully away from open flames.
We accept payment by personal check, money order, or credit card. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Master Card and American Express. Your credit card is charged approximately 2-4 days before order is shipped. To place an order by mail, please go to the order form to print. Make your check or money order payable to Cotton Creations and mail to Cotton Creations, 2655 W. Airport Road, Morris, IL 60450.
We do not accept special orders. All the
stockings pictured are the only styles available at this time. However, we will
be happy to hear about any suggestions/requests that you may have. During the
summer months we work to improve our selections and try to make those requests
available to you the following season.
If you have a special request such as, pointing the toe of the stocking to the
left instead of the right, placing the characters on a red stocking instead of a
green, or making a brown dog instead of a black, we will be happy to
accommodate you. Usually the cut-off for special requests is Thanksgiving.
Customers will be notified on the stockings page, the cut-off for special
requests.
Do you sell the patterns for the stockings?
The patterns for our Christmas stockings are not for sale.
